Crew Chief of a Surveying Team

Company Name:
Clapsaddle Garber Associates, Inc
Company Description:

Clapsaddle Garber Associates is a well-established engineering and land surveying firm that has been providing innovative and practical design solutions since its inception in 1959. The company is headquartered in Marshalltown, Iowa, with additional offices in Ackley, Ames, and Cedar Falls.

Clapsaddle Garber Associates prides itself living its vision; to enhance the communities where we live, work and play so the infrastructure is sound and can be valued by generations to come. We work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver custom-tailored solutions to meet their goals. We offer a wide range of services, including civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying and construction observation.

The firm's portfolio is diverse, ranging from commercial, industrial, and residential developments to healthcare facilities and educational institutions. Our projects include hospitals, schools, sports complexes, office buildings, airports and more. Clapsaddle Garber Associates has worked with clients across Iowa, delivering successful projects that have earned us a reputation for excellence.

The team at Clapsaddle Garber Associates is made up of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are not pigeon-holed into doing the same thing every day. Our engineering staff take a project from conception and design phases all the way through construction administration and completion.

We value enthusiasm, creativity, communication, relationships, continual improvement, teamwork, and family. And even though we are engineers and land surveyors, we do like to have fun, including community involvement. Recent events include Red Nose Day, CGA's Summer Outing/Picnic (golf tournament, coconut bowling, kayaking, fishing, and cornholing), CGA's novice and experienced golfers’ participation in client golf outings, celebrating silly days like national hat day, attending local baseball games, holding ugly Christmas Sweater contests, and pizza parties. And, we are competitive too! Hosting the traditional Tailgate, the Friday before the Iowa State vs. Iowa game!

Oh yea, we have some great and very competitive benefits, including salaries!
